I am currently working as a Senior UX Designer at Equifax AU/NZ. I am leading the customer experience within channels in origination, process improvement, and transformation.๐ โก ๐ฆ
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to bring a diverse range of projects to life, including newsletters, e-commerce sites on Shopify, banking origination forms, native and sponsored advertisements that consider both business and users. I have honed my skills in delivering seamless experiences across different environments, including responsive websites, and iOS and Android apps.
I have also had the privilege of working with a wide range of industries, each with its unique challenges and opportunities. From news publishing sites and advertising to financial institutions, telecommunications, entertainment, and the gaming industry, I have gained valuable insights and expertise that I bring to every project I work on. Each new experience has allowed me to grow as a designer and develop innovative solutions that drive results and create meaningful connections with users. My motivation is the โjourneyโ to finding the balance that works for all users. It might not always be the reality however as the saying goes, โyou shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.โ
In my work, I am driven to gain a comprehensive understanding of processes and products. I seek out challenges and collaborate with inspired individuals on projects that push me to grow and learn. Together, we strive to create something meaningful and impactful at work.
